About Ethan McKibben
I am currently a Tax Manager at My Franchise CPAs with experience in individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns, tax planning, and tax consulting. My main responsibilities also involve leading the development of our tax department through strategic process improvements, developing and establishing best practices, and implementing automation wherever possible. Through these initiatives we have increased efficiency and capacity from an internal perspective, as well as improved our clients\' overall experience from an external perspective.I love working through complex income tax situations with my clients, but I also enjoy working with and teaching younger professionals to develop their skills and prepare them for some of these more complex compliance and consulting services through both informal cooperation and formal CPE course development and presentation.
