I am an experienced risk management professional passionate about helping my colleagues and other key stakeholders achieve strategic goals and operational excellence to exceed expectations. My favorite projects included developing effective compliance (especially BSA, AML, & OFAC) and risk management (ERM, ORM, and fraud) frameworks across the three lines of defense, enhancing reporting, and incorporating analytics and automation into decision-making processes. While completing my MBA Program at the University of Chicago, I further developed a passion to leverage existing and new payment rails technologies to bring new opportunities to individuals and entities based in emerging markets that can increase their growth opportunities (including crowdfunding, mobile/digital payments, open banking, and virtual accounts). I cherish both formal and informal learning opportunities; seeking new ways to improve and bring out the best in teams and colleagues.
