Ethan is a nimble, dynamic and hands-on executive with over twenty-five (25) years of financial, strategic, and operational leadership over a diverse set of industries (e-commerce, retail, distribution, CPG, music/media/tech, financial services) and \"special-situations\"(i.e. IPO, M&A, Restructuring/Turnaround, Growth, Audits, SEC Reporting and Investor Relations).He transitioned from an early career in both audit and investment banking by moving \"in-house\" and working to build an active Corporate Development team at Starbucks Coffee Company which ultimately put $1B of acquisition capital to work on strategic M&A in his tenure. He originally became a Certified Public Accountant (Expired) in the U.S. with KPMG Peat Marwick after four years at the firm in various audit roles and subsequently spent seven years in global investment banking with roles at Banc of America Securities, JPMorgan and Citigroup originating and coordinating corporate financings as well as mergers and acquisitions.Ethan holds a B.A. from Tufts University in Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
