I am responsible for planning and executing recruitment activities and supporting the business growth. I implement strategies to ensure that hiring targets are met and will support the attraction and acquisition of high calibre talent. I act as a brand ambassador for recruitment at First Derivative. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical positions based across UK/ Europe and North America. • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, taking ownership of the successful conclusion of projects, monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes, and suggesting improvements. • Continuously engaging with talent pools to ensure adequate pipelines are in place for key roles. Providing regular updates on talent shortages, market trends, and candidate status. • Conduct pre-screening calls and first stage interviews • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding • Work closely with Legal/HR/IT team for the onboarding of new hires
