I am a Master of Healthcare Administration candidate at the University of Utah with a background in health systems, patient experience, and frontline clinical care. My work spans hospital registration, phlebotomy, global health research, and large-scale team leadership—giving me both operational insight and direct patient-facing experience.At Primary Children’s Hospital, I serve as a first point of contact for families, ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth care experience. Previously, as a phlebotomist, I balanced efficiency, safety, and donor trust in a high-volume medical setting. My experience with the University of Utah’s Office of Global Health strengthened my understanding of international health systems and policy.I am particularly interested in improving quality of care, operational efficiency, and the social determinants that shape patient outcomes. Long-term, I hope to help build healthcare systems that are both financially strong and deeply human-centered.
