About Ethan Emery

I\'ve been working in the construction industry for the last decade and a half, starting with a small neighborhood painting business I owned and operated with my father during the Great Recession of 08\'. I attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and began studying Construction Management. I worked multiple project management internships for well known commercial general contractors over my summers in college. I graduated with a BS in Construction Management from Cal Poly in 2020. Shortly after, I started working as a Field Engineer for Lennar Multifamily in San Diego. I was quickly promoted to Field Superintendent and began sharpening my skills in the field as well as in the office. In 2023, I shifted gears and took a Project Manager Position in San Clemente. I am currently managing a Commercial Project (Food Hall & Wedding Venue), and a Commercial/Medical Building (Dental Office)

   Project Lead on an 8 Story Mid-rise Multifamily Project in the San Diego/ North Park Area ( El Cajon Blvd.) I’m excited to be on the ground floor helping Blue Centurion roll out their internal construction arm of their existing Real Estate Development/Investment Company. We are creating a repeatable Program Building Model that we can repeat over and over to optimize efficiency and budget. In this role I have been responsible for the following deliverables-Preconstruction Planning & Preparations, Permits, Etc-Buyout of trades, writing of subcontracts, & final contract negotiations-Creating Program Building Template & Starting up Construction Arm from Scratch-Creation and audit of Project Schedule -Creation & Presentation of Monthly Draws/ Pencil Draws for Owners & Investors-Management of On-time & On- Budget Project Completion
