Serve as liaison between senior executive, staff, and cross functional stakeholders regarding company projects, planning, and meetings- Manage a complex calendar and coordinate meetings and events- Manage core operational budget for EUI- Manage travel, wrap-up and training budgets for GBM EUI- Manage all team building requests and budget across EUI- Assist with production of presentation, documents and proposals- Liaise and maintain relationships with the wider PMO teams across the TikTok business- Management of Swag process, ordering, budget and billing- Coordinate executive travel and expense management- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation- Improve current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity- Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks- Serve as liaison between staff, senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project update and planning- Organise GBM team off-sites, social events to build an open & inclusive culture where collaboration, creativity & innovation thrive- Arrange Leadership planning off-sites bi-annually- Assist with annual budget forecasting- Work closely with Program Lead to execute operational improvements across the wider team
