We focus on complex business cases, including securities litigation, disputes arising from corporate transactions, class action defense as well as other areas of complex business disputes. Our lawyers studied at the top law schools, and all have substantial experience at the elite large law firms in the country. We don\'t use a one size fits all approach: We are prepared to take cases to trial and win. But, we also look for opportunities to meet clients\' goals of reducing their legal costs and moving past disputes through mediation, settlement or other creative resolutions, where appropriate.
