Office of Highway Development, Highway Hydraulics Division- Investigated drainage issues affecting Maryland highways through field assessments of current conditions and desktop reviews of plans, GIS data, and drainage/stormwater management records- Designed drainage and stormwater management facilities, as well as erosion and sediment control plans for state projects using Maryland\'s current hydrologic and hydraulic design standards.
