As a Technical Content Manager, I\'m responsible for leading the content development and strategy for the Trust Lifecycle Manager (TLM) and Platform products at DigiCert. I work with UX writers, UX designers, product engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our content is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to find. But most importantly, to ensure that the content focuses on what users need to know when they need to know it, and guide them in solving their needs.My management style focuses on empowerment, collaboration, and growth. I actively encourage each team member to expand their skills and share their expertise, fostering a culture where collective knowledge strengthens the whole. My leadership style is rooted in trust—I ensure they have the tools and support they need, and then give them the space to do their best work. I step in as an advocate and intermediary when necessary, removing roadblocks and championing their efforts across the organization. I believe in a symbiotic approach to leadership: our success is shared, and our challenges are faced together.
