I am a Project Planner working for an energy technology company in a project execution environment. I have over 10 years of professional experience, including as a Lead Project Planner, and I have great knowledge of the full engineering project lifecycle, including design, engineering, procurement and manufacture and delivery/project close-out. I am a target driven individual with exceptional organisational and analytical skills. I am efficient, have excellent attention to detail and able to communicate at all levels. I have a detailed knowledge of how Primavera (P6) operates and enhance this with my technical understanding of project delivery. I differentiate myself from other planners by really understanding project schedules (critical paths, key dates, contractual milestones, technical requirements and scope) and driving to achieve delivery in line with the agreed baseline and project scope. I am experienced in project schedule baselining; I have built and managed schedules for large projects (>£50m), understanding key interfaces and linking the project appropriately so that the schedule can be updated to reflect actual progress. I understand the critical role that good planning has on successful project delivery, having recently worked on (taking full schedule responsibility) a project that was successfully delivered to baseline dates.
