Responsible for owning JW3\'s people strategy, ensuring its vision and values are embedded across all people practices and leading on the creation of a healthy, positive and high performing organisational culture- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership and expertise across all people practices (incl. but not limited to recruitment and retention, ER, performance management, staff wellbeing and engagement, reward and recognition)- Develop JW3\'s people strategy, monitoring and reviewing thereafter to ensure this remains fit for purpose and effective- Review existing people policies / procedures and develop new ones to address any gaps, ensuring these align with legislation and JW3\'s vision and values- Provide meaningful reporting on all people related areas to SLT colleagues, as well as Trustees- Lead on attracting, retaining and developing high quality talent, ensuring that JW3 is an employer of choice- Develop and maintain standardised induction and training programmes to equip staff and management to perform their roles confidently and effectively, with a particular focus on developing leadership capabilities- Implement initiatives to create a working environment that is inclusive and supportive, empowering staff and managers to share constructive feedback and feel heard
