As a technical recruiter, I’ve built various tech teams - with 7+ years of experience, I\'ve recruited for various technical roles, with my niche being recruiting for Product Management, UX/UI designers, software engineers, data scientists/analysts among other roles.With a passion for candidate advocacy as well as DEIB, I am committed to ensuring that every candidate has a great experience, regardless of the outcome, and that all hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.My expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean Open Web Search and alternative sourcing methods (such as Slack, Github, Stackoverflow, Fishbowl, etc), has enabled me to find and attract top talent across a variety of industries.
