Cognos Architect & Tableau Architect• Installed, configured and upgraded Cognos BI 8.x to 10.x and 11.x TM1 from 9.5 to 10.x and working on Planning Analytics 2.x.• Installing, configuring and Upgrade of Tableau 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x (Distributed environments). Currently working on Tableau upgrade from 10.x to 10.5.x.• Modeled, Designed and developed reports, dashboards, and stories using Cognos and Tableau.• Support about 200+ Cognos developers, 40k Cognos users, 500+ Tableau developers, and 100k Tableau users.• Provide technical solutions to 25+ Cognos application team and 400+ Tableau application teams (sites) thereby empowering Business users in their day to day activities.• Working with tools like Motio (for Cognos), Logshark, TabMon, TabJolt, Replayer, scout (for Tableau).• Coordinate with various infrastructure teams (DBAs, Enterprise Directory, Mail service group, Windows upgrade, Server patching team, Packaging team etc.)• Automation by scripting repetitive maintenance activities like environment recycle, backups, refresh Powerplay Transformer cubes, refresh Dynamic cube, file transfers etc. We are saving close to 200+ man hours per year.
