I have successfully launched the pricing, billing, funding and tax solutions for customers in Australia, EU, UK, US and Canada. Current focus is to enable faster payments using blockchain/token based payments. Prior to JP Morgan, I\'ve had the pleasure to lead the Global Payment Authorization product group for Discover Global Network. I have mentored and developed product and technology leaders to fulfill customer values as well as transformed teams to adapt to a SAFe Agile Framework. Led digital transformation by launching Wallet solutions for payment acceptance space.Prior to DGN, expanded the international reach by launching products across the globe for Diners Club Issuing and Acquiring banks. Achieved the goal of building and self sustaining teams across the globe from the scratch. Led the team of Product Leaders to manage authorization,pricing, funding and dispute applications for international customers.Accomplishments: Modernized payment platform for JP Morgan Chase for customers in Australia using Domain Driven Architecture framework with Amazon cloud. Transitioned the Discover Global Network Authorization division from simple AGILE to enterprise wide AGILE methodology SAFe. Drove the department at DGN to successfully use Six Sigma Lean tools to solve problems and prioritization for several complex cross functional processes Championed change at Diners Club by leading the reorganization efforts of the Global division, resulting in an optimized team structure serving internal and external international business partners/customers. Enhanced customer experience for Discover to enable Apple Pay, Google Pay and SamsungPay. Boosted the competitive positioning of the organization at Discover by implementing Digital Wallet Services and Tokenization Services. Improved user experience by replacing the authorization hubs worldwide, impacting 110 Issuers/Acquirers and 1M+ Discover customers.

   As a leader for Payments and Commerce products, responsible for strategy and modernization of payment solutions for B2B, SMB, ISV segments including direct & marketplace customers. Enabling faster payments and accurately recording the financials and reporting insights for global customers are the core product features. In addition to funding products, accountable for global tax initiatives. Achieving all by setting vision, building strategy & roadmap by facilitating VOCs with customers, stakeholders and further architecting the solution along with technology to realize the outcomes. In addition, leading product teams to drive the strategy through execution. As part of this journey, I launched the pricing, billing & funding solutions to large eCommerce customers in Australia, EU, UK, US and Canada regions. The journey of identifying key opportunities in other regions continues.Current focus is to strategize and deliver faster payments including blockchain/token based payments by integrating with flagship JPM Kinexys.
