Hi,My self Eswaramoorthy.M i did Mechanical engineering in 2015 then i got my quality control skills from Gilbarco veeder root india pvt ltd which is located in eachanari.We have produced the fuel dispenser and produced the fuel dispenser inner parts like pumps and c meters.i was working as a line quaity inspector to monitoring the shift wise quality issues and closed the NC which was related to quality.I have to working forward to reduce the inhouse rejection and assured the production of quality parts.PPAP lots and new develoment trials tracking and find the final resuts and circulated to team.Then ensure the torque tool values by self caibration weekly once and followed the tracker updated.Ensure calibration oil contamination level by contamination tester and circulate the results to whole team.Updated the SOP,control plan and checklists station wise.
