About Eswar Prasad
Bachelor\'s in Physiotherapy (BPT) and MSc in Exercise and Sports Sciences. Worked as an intern at Bridges Of Sports (BOS)- a Non Government Organization involved in training athletes from the Siddhi community in Uttara Kannada district. worked with athletes training in 100M, 200M and 400M events, assisting Athletic and S&C coaches in managing regular training sessions. Currently working in Nitte University, assigned with two roles: 1) Working as Sports Scientist in NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte campus. With the role of assisting head coaches in athletics, basketball, volleyball and weight lifting in training sessions. Planning recovery sessions and rehabilitation of Injured athletes. 2) Working as Assistant Professor in Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy, Deralakatte campus. With the role in academics,teaching postgraduate students in sports specialization topics regarding: a) Athletic performance and Injury prevention. b) Assessment of athletic physical capabilities, Return to sport and Return to play. c)Concepts of periodization.
