I’m a passionate and driven manufacturing leader with experience starting new facilities, turning around struggling facilities, and elevating performing facilities.I drive Lean Six Sigma capabilities and methodologies from the factory floor to the executive offices. I believe in KPIs and measuring everything that an organization does to drive efficiency, maximize talent, and keep in place sound processes. My engineering background enables me to understand complex manufacturing problems and devise high-level solutions which are implemented by the best available teams.I understand that talent is what makes a facility achieve operational excellence and believe in cultivating and developing talent at all levels of an organization.
