Serve as head contact and manager for internal and external administration of the FV Bank Trust Division while overseeing the product offering, implementation, safety and security of assets, asset servicing, and asset reporting. • Closely collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to provide customer support tools and team resources to deliver quality customer experiences. • Operate effectively on all key strategic planning, implementation, and administration of new products inside FV Bank. • Function as internal and external leader for all custody products and cooperate with the CEO, Department Heads, and sales personnel. • Focus on guaranteeing that all trust and custody services are a core part of the FV Bank offering to ensure success. • Preside over cross-functional custody product implementation, operations, and servicing in cooperation with department heads. • Spearhead the creation and development of business strategy and orchestrate all elements of Trust and Custody Services marketing initiatives. • Establish and cultivate close and lasting vendor relationships to support the Trust and Custody Services Division. • Partner closely and collaboratively with the CCO to develop Trust and Custody Services due diligence policies and procedures. • Play a key role by leading the development and administration of terms and conditions related to Trust and Custody Services in cooperation with company legal resources. • Actively engage and participate in the coordination of sales and relationship management efforts with the Chief Revenue Officer.
