A hybrid role sitting within the people strategy team and the employee lifecycle team. Primarily supporting our software engineer population- Providing end-to-end support on people processes including system updates, payroll inputs and onboarding & offboarding- Creating monthly reports to support various needs on multiple client accounts- Reporting and analysing data to provide insight and guidance for various policies and projects such as sickness, return to office, annual leave and exits- Provided support across various projects consolidating data, managing communications, coordinating next steps, and contributing to ongoing improvements- Supporting across restructures including administrative assistance, providing high-level guidance and leading a small number of consultations- Working with ER specialist to lead on disciplinary investigation process by creating scripts, preparing managers, conducting research and creating investigation reports- Assisting and handling wellbeing discussions with impacted individuals and any other relevant stakeholders and conducting occupational health referrals- A committee member on the neurodivergence community group. Organising events, working on inclusive and supportive practices and growing a supportive community benefiting neurodiverse individuals and allies- Creating collaboration opportunities with other DEI centred communities to celebrate and inform our employees on visible disabilities, mental health conditions and unique PoC challenges.
