TD Sustainability & Corporate Citizenship connects our business, philanthropy and the impact of our employees to enrich the lives of our customers, communities and colleagues. The Corporate Citizenship Employee Engagement team promotes the TD Ready Commitment through Volunteering, Giving & Fundraising, Community Leadership, Group Experiences and Education. We tell the stories of TD employees across our North American footprint as they connect with the TD Ready Commitment. I provide national support to TD volunteers and liaise with our partner community organizations wishing to engage TD Employees. I act as a resource and subject matter expert for TD colleagues in all matters relating to The Ready Commitment Network, TD\'s employee engagement platform. I work to develop and evolve TD\'s Corporate Citizenship Employee Engagement strategy. I also manage and evaluate data for reporting and support projects and initiatives like Global Volunteer Month programming, TD Tree Days, and the United Way Employee Giving Campaign.
