Dissecting the early stages of tumour development to intercept malignant transformation and to eliminate cancer cells before the emergence of therapy-resistance.Responsibilities and contributions- Led a research group of 7 scientists: 2-postdocs, 1 laboratory technician, 1 clinicalfellow and 3 PhD students- Co-lead of the Manchester-Belfast Movember centre of excellence -Develop novel 3D models, genetic engineering of novel tools totrack gene expression in vivo - Developed a novel sampling method for prostate biopsies in the Christie Hospital in Manchester- First-time integration of the genomic complexity of multifocal PCa and their visibility by MRI [PMID: 30••••37].
