The Inky Thinking team create high-quality imagery for commercial clients using graphic recording, animated video production, customer experience mapping, rich picture design, illustrated photography and infographic design. The team have built excellent relationships with clients such as Google, Amazon, Dyson, Mars, Apple, ASOS, PepsiCo and I work side-by-side with the team to support client relationships, marketing, sales and financial aspects of the business. This includes managing and maintaining accurate data held on internal systems such as Monday.com, Klaviyo, WordPress, WooCommerce & QuickBooks and planning future sales promotions based on information from Google Trends, Google Analytics, SEO and Google Ads. My role requires me to pay close attention to detail, posses excellent communication skills and first class teamwork and professionalism.
