Build Coalitions across industry members, regulators and advocates to reduce the Climate impact of data centers, refrigerants, foam insulation and other HFC applications while delivering business growth. Lead development of policy and regulatory positions to support Circular Economy, Climate and GHG reductions and The Kigali Amendment. Engagement on Country specific policies and regional adoption of legislation and regulations. Change Agent on Safe Transition Task Force Leading the refrigerant transition to lower GWP solutions and A2L adoption including safety standards, building codes and training. Develop and lead company road map for transition to lower Climate impact solutions as part of the global HFC Phase-down per the execution of the Kigali Amendment. Lead the engagement with the US EPA on implementation of the HFC Phase down as directed by the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act. Lead for state level actions and additional country measures needed to support the industry transition to more sustainable solutions.
