About Jiayi Li
Hello, I\'m Esther, an innovative practitioner, an advocate of social equity, a facilitator for making strategic impacts. With a profound background in design, I have practice in city development and rural renovation through 3-year professional experiences. Through the projects, I helped deliver schematic plans for enterprises, city governments, and real estate developers. I was capable of stretching the power of design in a balance of limited budget and human-centered demands. These large-scale construction projects boost my skills as an architectural designer and drive me to seek the capacity of design in an ever-changing world. At GSD, I expand my inquiry on urban regions and propose strategic solutions to problems such as climate crisis, sustainability, and infrastructure. These issues are the collaborations with design, policy-making, and economic feasibility, in which I keep focusing on building my toolkit. At all times, the intersection would be my interest to tackle in real life. I keep curiosity among industries and am always ready for new challenges where I find myself most motivated to take action.
