Environmental, Health, and Safety Professional with over 20 years of international leadership, stakeholder and project management, and consulting experience, plus profound expertise in Soil & Groundwater Remediation. Visionary, forward-thinking and solution-oriented leader dedicated to driving environmental sustainability and safety. My career has been marked by leadership roles at Bayer CropScience and Bayer AG, where I successfully led global teams and directed high-impact projects with financial provisions exceeding USD 700 million. International team leadership, financial reserve planning, and environmental risk assessments are some of my extensive competencies. At Bayer CropScience Schweiz AG, I led a team of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment (QHSE) experts to improve compliance, process safety, and environmental protection at a chemical production site. As Global Remediation Manager at Bayer CropScience AG and as Head Global Remediation at Bayer AG, I led a diverse team of remediation experts across 4 countries and directed international remediation cases. I harmonized strategies, and mitigated financial and reputational risks. I collaborated successfully with internal and external stakeholders, including production people, scientists, consultants, and auditors.I am thriving when I can foster collaborative environments, drive process improvements, and co-create innovative solutions. I am excited about taking on new challenges, always eager to bring people together to share knowledge and solve problems.I am curious and keen to gain new skills, I like to explore new ideas and perspectives. In my private life, I am a passionate runner and hiker, I love singing and playing the traverse flute, as well as swimming and spending time in nature.
