Within my role I coordinated and managed diverse events and activities, such as Away Days for the trust; events for young people and key stakeholders such as the North East Youth Symposium; lead the events side of the UK Year of Service member conference.Oversaw logistical aspects such as venue selection, scheduling, transportation, and catering, ensuring smooth operation and successful execution of various sized eventsLiaised with various stakeholders, including local community groups, schools, and businesses, to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and resources. I worked closely with the government liaison and the youth voice department to develop relationships within the government leading a cross party interfaith event. Additionally helping to develop the youth engagement policy within the trust to ensure youth voice is fully embedded into all areas of the trust.
