20••••23: Project manager to support the WWL group at Microsoft on the Instructor Lead Training transitioning from Skillpipe (Courseware Market Place) to Microsoft Learn platform. My job is to ensure that tasked are completed on time to ship this project (as an MVP level) and provide extra support to stabilize/optimize this project with the post MVP tasks. Engaged with external stakeholders such as MCTs and learning partners, participated in office hours and separate sessions to support the external stakeholders globally to make this transition as smooth as possible. Post MVP tasks have become enhancement projects to improve the Microsoft Learn platform.20••••24: Support the Training Products Team within WWL group at Microsoft by implementing a project management tool (PEARL) to orchestrate various projects within our team programs (Optimizing Microsoft Certified Trainer\'s program, Instructor Lead Training program, Customer Voice program)2024-Present: Support Learner Success program manager by running the learner readiness projects by tracking exam prep materials for learners and analyzing customer voice from the instructor lead training courses (~60k responses per quarter). Point of contact for the post training survey platform (Metrics That Matters:MTM and MLY) to connect our stakeholders (training services partners team, trainer team, content development team) to the MTM platform to easily and quickly pull the survey data to impact their operations.
