ABOUT ESTHER CARTER
Driven by a passion for both people and the planet, I am dedicated to creating solutions that bring them together. Serving as Chief Strategy Officer for PackUK, I am working with DEFRA and across the UK 4 nations to deliver an impactful Extended Producer Responsibility scheme to increase the circularity of packaging and reduce waste. Previously, I was a Global Director at environmental non-profit Delterra, working to build more circular waste management systems and behaviours in the global South. And prior to that I had leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and in the Consumer Goods space. Alongside my work in sustainability, I am a qualified Business & Personal Coach, trained to Level 2 PCC standards by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
