Esther joined Flourish Together in September 2025 on a 16‑hour basis as an Administration, Events & Hub Coordinator. In February 2026, her role was expanded to take on wider administrative and operational responsibilities across the organisation, following her successful contribution to organising and delivering the outstanding 3 day Christmas Bazaar at the Flourish Hub at Altrincham Interchange in December 2025.With many years of experience running her own holistic business, Esther brings a strong network of community connections and a deep understanding of women’s wellbeing. She qualified as a counsellor in 2023 and continues to volunteer with the CFC, giving her valuable insight into the diverse experiences of women from all walks of life.Her background enables her to create warm, inclusive spaces and to support Flourish’s mission of helping women build confidence, resilience and opportunities to thrive.
