With a current portfolio of 10.5 M sq ft and 93 Honeywell locations, the types of facilities range from large owned manufacturing campus environments to leased office spaces. In addition to soft services and maintenance operations, responsibilities include oversight and partnership with work stream leads for OP, PDS, Sourcing, and Energy activities. Notable achievements to highlight are in exceeding AOP targets for Cost Savings and Energy Reduction programs for each of the last three years, as well as helping to lead major Honeywell account expansion activities, in which 16M sq ft and 153 Honeywell locations were added to the JLL IFM program. Her expansion roles included staffing and training of 80+ new team members, sourcing transitions, financial baseline development, and client relationship building. Experience Previously Ms. Brisbin was a Senior Facility Manager providing services across the U.S. and Canada for Honeywell\'s Safety & Productivity Solutions, Home & Building Technologies, Performance Materials & Technologies Region portfolio (117 offices totaling 2.1 mm sq ft). Specializing in supporting leased facilities, she was responsible for all elements of facility services support within geographically aligned client offices, including day to day operations, and relationship management with client leadership. Prior to joining JLL in 2010, Ms. Brisbin spent several years with Shaw Communications, a national multimedia communications company, within the Facilities Design and Construction team and the Facility Delivery Services team. Previous to entering the field of Facilities Management, Ms. Brisbin worked for 12 years within the Retail sector for Groupe Dynamite/Garage and Suzy Shier. She was responsible in leading the Merchandising division for a region of 80+ locations throughout Western Canada, including a 3-year project span of company rebranding and new store construction.
