Monitors the sovereign-guaranteed lending portfolio of the Inter-American Development Bank in the Caribbean Region. Designs lead indicators and builds management systems to optimize delivery and institutional targets. Coordinates with departments across the Bank and offices in the field to solve performance issues and enhance delivery in the Caribbean region.Before this position, helped the City of Portland (OR) arrive at outcome-oriented policy decisions. Contributed to the City\'s engagement with urban innovation initiatives such as Bloomberg Philanthropies\' What Works Cities and the World Council on City Data. Holds an MPP on Program Evaluation and Analysis from The George Washington University and was recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum.He also managed project design, public-private partnerships and global affairs at Conciencia, a leading Civil Society Organization in Argentina with UN consultative status.
