I run the uniform service program where I provide group and individual therapy for in patient active and veteran military personnel, police officers and fire fighters. I conduct behavioral health analysis and create treatment plans directly with the patient to help each individual meet their mental health goals. I work directly with the psychiatrists and nursing staff to provide a safe and beneficial environment for the patients to reach a comfortable base line and then provide resources for when they leave. Group therapy includes processing, chemical dependency and educational groups. Various therapeutic techniques and theories are used to ensure each patient is provided a beneficial experience. I also practice EMDR, prolonged exposure therapy and CBT.
