Start-ups are my jam. I love the unique challenge of having a great idea and bringing a scrappy team together to execute it. Too often, young teams are so focused on all the possibilities that they miss what is important NOW. I guide teams to that NOW moment - finishing that initial goal and bringing something new to market.My favorite opportunities are those that blend my expertise in music, audio, and business, allowing me to build successful teams and products at the intersection of music and tech.Why hire me? I’ve launched several successful music products, founded, built, and exited one of the first AI music companies, and worked on some of the biggest stages in the film, TV, and video game industries. I know music tech inside and out. My experience as a music creator, engineer, and product manager informs my decisions and helps me guide my clients effectively.Beyond the “day job,” I hold a Private Pilot License, serve as vice-chair of the Ventura Charter School Board, and co-founded a non-profit choir, voices/LA, where I serve as Chair of the Board
