I’ve spent the last 15+ years building at scale — from early-stage startups to global teams — as a founder, senior director and now fractional COO/CPO. My career has spanned 11 countries and industries as diverse as consumer goods and neuroscience. Whether I was leading 60+ product managers across continents at 19, co-founding and scaling a digital product agency from 0 to 23 in a year, or growing a tech platform to developers, one thing has stayed constant: I help people build big things. As a Senior Director and COO, I’ve advised 60+ founders and execs (including half of the CEOs at Fortune 100 companies), taught entrepreneurship at Parsons, and led award-winning teams that delivered measurable impact in fast-growth environments. I bring a sharp lens on product, people, and performance — and an equally sharp awareness of what it takes to stay healthy while scaling. After two legendary burnouts I created Founders Rehab, a blueprint for nervous system recovery and resilience, designed for high-achievers who forget to eat while changing the world.
