Account and project manager with a proven track record, driving growth and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. Experienced in leading projects in complex multi-stakeholder environment and managing international cross-functional teams in both agency settings and in-house environments. A goal-oriented creative strategic thinker, I am dedicated to continuous learning and the application of systems thinking to identify and resolve complex business challenges for both my clients and my organisation. My core expertise includes account management, strategy and innovation management, market and consumer research, marketing strategy, branding, behavioural economics, design thinking, and data analytics—all focused on driving growth, problem-solving, and achieving key business objectives. At FLOCERT, our team manages a portfolio of sustainability-focused services, including Living Wage SmartCheck, EDGE gender equality certification, and a variety of bespoke solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each key account. With a focus on strategic growth and new service development, we have expanded our impact in ethical trade, helping clients achieve their sustainability goals. Outside of work, I am deeply passionate about leadership development, personal growth, psychology, and healthy lifestyle. I find inspiration in music, arts, culture, and nature, and I’m always eager to explore new places, read, and share insights and knowledge—constantly striving for self-improvement and meaningful connections.
