Project Manager for the Content Foundations team, responsible for improving and maintaining the existing foundational self-study lessons in the Babbel app, plus targeted content creation of around 800 new lessons a year.**Project management**- Prioritise multiple concurrent projects using Babbel’s strategy and OKRs- Create, manage and proactively problem-solve project plans with a flexible mindset- Manage around 50 freelancers, including recruiting, onboarding, briefings, contracts, and overseeing annual freelancer budget- Balance workloads of team members**Learning content**- Review, optisime, tag and assess e-learning content- Use data to analyse the success of the content and to inform iterations**Communication**- Collaborate cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders, colleagues, and freelancers to drive complex product initiatives, such as rebranding lessons, improving recommended content across the Babbel ecosystem, and enabling assessment- Adapt my communication style to individual / teams’ needs (Agile engineering teams, B2B, Babbel Live, Design) to negotiate priorities and collaborate on projects- Provide feedback sensitively**People management**- Promote a strong team culture based on trust, learning, and mutual feedback- Coach and mentor team members- Establish and run monthly retrospectives and action outcomes
