Tombée dans le monde de l\'assurance un peu par hasard (je me pensais prédestinée à un avenir dans la pub!), j\'ai commencé ma carrière à l\'opérationnel, aux Sinistres Automobiles. Contre toute attente, cette matière m\'a comblée par sa complexité et sa diversité. Le management d\'une équipe de 30 personnes a été l\'un de mes plus beaux challenges professionnels. Puis, j\'ai pu satisfaire ma fibre créative en intégrant le Département Formation en qualité de Responsable de Projets formations, avec de très beaux projets à forts enjeux pour l\'entreprise. Passionnée par l\'\"Humain\", j\'ai créé un cabinet de recrutement, et me suis spécialisée, naturellement, sur la chasse de profils assurantiels. Quelle découverte que celle du monde entrepreneurial! Une expérience incroyable!J\'ai ensuite naturellement évolué vers les Ressources Humaines et j\'ai aujourd\'hui à cœur d\'accompagner mon Entreprise, son Organisation et ses Collaborateurs dans leurs changements et leurs évolutions. Bref, bienvenue sur mon profil!
