As Head of Product, I lead a dynamic team of product professionals, while defining, communicating and delivering a strategic vision for products, ensuring their alignment with business goals and market needs.• Lead a team of 7 professionals comprising Product Owners and Product Managers, ensuring their professional development and guiding them through all phases of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, including feedback.• Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams across different countries (Europe) to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and consistency in product development efforts on a global scale.• Define and communicate product strategy and vision, taking into account local market perspectives and international regulations.• Facilitate cross-border meetings and workshops to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective problem-solving.• Work closely with members of the French Executive Committee (CODIR) to integrate the product vision into the company\'s global strategy.• Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and with internal and external stakeholders, considering cultural and linguistic differences.• Develop and implement efficient work processes and practices to foster innovation, agility, and product quality on a global scale.• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial design to continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives, both locally and globally.
