Have you ever been stuck at a crossroads in life?A couple of years ago, I found myself in this position. I was a successful leader at a Fortune 500 company, and I enjoyed every part of it. I became aware that my family needed more of my attention. Not only was my immediate family in California needing me to be more fully present, but my father living in Argentina became quite ill. I pivoted at work, and thanks to the huge support of my work community, friends and family, I started redesigning my life to find better balance.
