As a Mechanical Engineering student at Santa Clara University, I am currently serving as the VP of Budget and Conference for the SWE - SCU Chapter, where my primary roles include financial oversight and event planning, ensuring that our team delivers an enriching professional development experience for our members. My recent internship as an Operations Engineer at HENSEL PHELPS equipped me with practical industry insight and reinforced my teamwork and adaptability skills. The organization values collaboration, and my efforts contributed to the successful planning and execution of projects, including ceiling close-in inspections. I am committed to using my experiences and perspective to enhance team dynamics and drive our collective success at the Society of Women Engineers. I believe in growing through unique experiences and perspectives from other cultures when traveling. Last summer, I walked the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain alongside other motivated enthusiasts in search of new ideas, clarity, mindfulness. I look forward to using my travels to enhance my personal soft skills and apply them in diverse environments.
