Hired on a project basis to lead engineering, operational, and strategic initiatives in production line setup, facility planning, and brand development— Production Line OptimizationSeasonal contractor responsible for designing and implementing temporary production lines to meet high-volume orders of export garments. Management of +25 operators per setup, establishement of layouts (path diagram analysis) and definition of task times (production timing control). Simulation of workflows, set up of production KPIs, and adjustement of operations in real time to meet daily and hourly targets, ensuring timely delivery and increased efficiency— Plant Set-up & Operations DesignLed the complete set-up of a new textile production facility, overseeing the transformation of a raw space into a fully functional, ergonomic, and efficient plant. This included strategic planning and hands-on execution of its operational layout, electrical and lighting plans, and all functional areas, from production to rest spaces.• Personally designed furniture specifications, machinery placement, and workflow distribution. Paid careful attention to aesthetic and functional elements.• Led and coordinated a multidisciplinary team of contractors—electricians, masons, metalworkers, painters, and others—to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the plant’s operational goals.• Defined the organizational structure of the plant: areas & people, processes & policies.The factory continues to operate under the structure and environment defined in this project, which remains a cornerstone of its growth— Brand Development & Visual IdentityDeveloped the complete identity of a new sub-brand, including the name, logo, sub-logos, color palette, and visual tone. Personally designed all brand elements and built the institutional website. The sub-brand extended the legacy of the parent company into a modern, scalable identity aligned with customer needs in the textile industry.
