Lidero actividades de ciberseguridad para sistemas críticos, brindando soporte de nivel 2 y 3, resolviendo incidentes complejos y aplicando soluciones preventivas en redes altamente clasificadas.• Coordino y superviso el ciclo completo del Marco de Gestión de Riesgos (RMF), incluyendo la creación, revisión y aprobación de artefactos de acreditación como SSPs, POA & Ms y SARs.• Realizo evaluaciones de vulnerabilidades utilizando herramientas como Rapid7 y Splunk, gestionando la remediación de hallazgos y asegurando el cierre de acciones correctivas.• Dirijo esfuerzos de endurecimiento (hardening) en sistemas operativos Windows y Linux, aplicando guías STIG del DISA y controles de seguridad según NIST SP 800-53.• Guío y asesoro a ingenieros e ISSOs junior, brindando mentoría técnica sobre procesos RMF, herramientas de cumplimiento y estrategias de monitoreo continuo.• Desarrollo y mantengo tableros avanzados en Splunk para monitoreo en tiempo real, correlación de eventos y análisis forense.• Colaboro con equipos internos y clientes gubernamentales para comunicar el estado de acreditación, postura de seguridad y decisiones de riesgo.• Apoyo actividades de Pruebas y Evaluaciones de Seguridad (ST & E), incluyendo la preparación de sistemas, participación en evaluaciones y documentación de resultados.• Investigo e implemento nuevas herramientas y procesos de seguridad para fortalecer la postura defensiva del sistema y optimizar la preparación ante auditorías.
