Esteban is the Deputy CEO of Grupo Flexi, a large family-owned business in Mexico and the country’s leading footwear company. Headquartered in Mexico with operations across Latin America, Grupo Flexi is a fully integrated enterprise — spanning tanneries, manufacturing, brand development, and a robust retail network. Esteban leads corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and business transformation across the group, with a focus on innovation in branding, retail, supply chain, and digital capabilities. He also oversees the family office and its investment portfolio, managing both strategic and financial assets. Prior to his current role, Esteban was a Principal at Roland Berger, where he led the U.S. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) practice with a focus on Topline Growth Strategies — including Marketing & Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Trade Funding Architecture. He also worked extensively across Latin and Central America, with deep experience in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. Earlier in his career, Esteban worked for The Coca-Cola Company in Southeast Asia, where he focused on product launches, sales productivity, and go-to-market strategy. Esteban holds an undergraduate degree from Cass Business School in London and an MBA from Babson College. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
