Communication of action plans, project challenges and changes. Coordination of meetings with internal and external teams to review status and address issues to solve. Proposal of improvements. Liaison between the team members, leads and client leadership. Schedule and coordination of Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, daily meeting, sprint review and retrospectives. Daily Communications. Status Reporting. Periodic One on One meetings with stakeholders to provide project status, review team efforts, lessons learned and possible improvements. Financial forecasting. P&L management. Budgeting and financial tracking (hours, rates, overtimes). Contract Management: SOW’s, Change Orders, Contractors and Vendor Agreements. Staffing management. Interviews with candidates along with Staffing areas and Technical Leads. Project assignment and releases. Onboarding and off-boarding plan implementation and follow up. Identification of current team capacity. Identification and forecasting of future staffing needs. Coordination of time-off periods and availability between team members, team leads and other Project Managers. Implementation and follow up of Globant’s POD Framework within the different projects. Regular feedback provided to the team.
