ABOUT ESTEBAN BANDA
I am a seasoned Technical Director with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where I am a part of the leadership team overseeing the Program Executive Office for Cyber (PEO Cyber). In this role, I serve as a primary technical and engineering advisor to senior executive service (SES) leadership, shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity portfolio. I am responsible for guiding the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of mission-enabling cybersecurity services provided to the broader Department of Defense (DoD). With a deep understanding of acquisition and technical program management, I am dedicated to driving innovation and ensuring our capabilities meet the evolving needs of our national defense.
