Along with many other tasks, I manage end-to-end facility projects and ensure designs align with operational goals and efficiencies, whilst upholding best practices in project and supplier relationship management. One of my key assignments in this role is to execute and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to decrease equipment downtime and uphold compliance with policies and legislative requirements. I am tasked with applying CAD (Siemens NX) and CMMS (eMaint) for efficient layout planning and maintenance, refining space utilisation, and operational workflows.My top achievements within this role are the following:• Minimised operational disruptions with keen attention to quality and team leadership by handling facility and project challenges promptly, whilst coordinating repairs.• Achieved cost savings by managing project and facility operation budgets, as well as sourcing services and materials following construction best practices.• Boosted project delivery and operational achievements by cultivating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external contractors.• Reduced lateness in preventive maintenance (PM) closure and completion by 70% by designing and implementing a dashboard that prioritised tickets and flagged overdue tasks.
