Manage and lead the RF and Physical Layer Testing for Lightspeed (LEO) system.Lightspeed System Development Department - LEO System Engineering Division - System Integration and Test Group• Responsible for all RF and Physical Layer Testing of Lightspeed (LEO) system.• Work with internal teams, partners and Vendors on a regular basis.• Support Vendor Preliminary Design review (PDR) and Critical Design review (CDR) for different segments components (Baseband, RF and Antennas).• Lead/recruit the System RF Physical Layer team which focus on layer 1 testing of all Lightspeed components.• Groom new engineers and build a complimentary team with ability to test/automate any features of Lightspeed system• Ensure all test activities are properly documented with high quality reports and dashboards, for both internal needs and also when necessary for external users.• Work with Lab Manager to procure new test equipment and maintain test beds properly and maximize the use of Test equipment and other Lightspeed components• Work with all LEO System Segments to fulfill any of their testing needs.• Help define the Project Increments (PI) demos and lead it to successful completion after each PI. • Work with the Automation team to automate RF and Physical layer Tests to ensure repeated/high quality quick testing.• Work with Program Managers to ensure high quality reports/and tracing of requirements to test cases are maintained. • Participate in various scrums as necessary and ensure successful completion of Program Increments as planned.• Generate System RVTMs, test plans, test beds for various Lightspeed (LEO) functionality.• Support System Capabilities planning, execution and reporting.• Actively supporting the preparation of Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Procedures.
