Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! Currently, I proudly lead as a Senior Product Manager in the Mobile App User Acquisition team at HolidayPirates Group. This dynamic role allows me to drive innovation for the popular online travel platform operating in 10 European countries. I am extremely passionate about creating/improving delightful user experiences, ensuring end-user happiness, and data-driven iterative improvement in the dynamic world of mobile applications.I believe in the importance of product ownership, team spirit, diversity of ideas and data in product success.As a computer engineering graduate, I have developed the ability to communicate effectively with development teams and easily understand technical complexities, which increased the teams\' momentum that I worked so far. My master\'s degree in Engineering Management helped me understand the business perspective of the stakeholders. Thus, it made it easier to launch the product in the shortest time with maximum benefit.Although it is considered the most challenging department in every company, working with CRM & Marketing teams has always been enjoyable for me.So that, I had the chance to gain experience in complex issues such as establishing loyalty programs, providing personalised content and communication, user acquisition, presenting real time campaign offers, user transactions, and segmentation.While implementing all these valuable products / domains, witnessing the agile transformation of the teams was a significant experience for me in the Agile Project Management field.In 2016, it was an invaluable experience for me to witness the transformation of myself and my team by working with a 1-1 skilled coach for 1 year. I not only understand the framework, but also the philosophy of the methodology, and I supported this experience with my certificates.I strongly value the development of team spirit and effective and transparent communication. My high communication skills are not only important for good harmony within the team, but also for the team to take ownership of the product. Together we are better! I like conflicts that most people avoid, I believe it sparks the creative spirit and allows for the discovery of outputs that benefit the product.Today, I think the most important detail in product success is measurable systems supported by data, away from personal opinions. It makes me happy to see measurable systems blended with experience-based insights.My passion is to close each day by learning something new and creating new butterfly effects on my product.
