ABOUT ESRA DAYANI

ME: I\'m an artist. Period. What that means is that I\'m passionate about performance; creating a rich character from the words on the page. It means I\'m a storyteller, a creative. What it also means is that I\'ve had many positions to help fund my creative pursuits (and let\'s not forget: bills bills bills!) and that means I\'ve used my brain, my BU degree, my communication & writing skills and my love of connection with other humans to do many jobs. I have solid experience in production, events, development, office operations & management, marketing, Human Resources (Recruiting/Employee Relations) and teaching (theater, art, play-making). I\'m also a Community Organizer who enjoys bringing people together to work towards the common good.I’ve worked in the digital-media, technology, music entertainment, theater, commercial & voiceover, film, non-profit and education industries. I also do volunteer and advocacy work within the public school system and my school district.THE IDEAL JOB: A role which would combine my love of creating & writing and my arts & teaching background with my administrative and project coordinator skills in an environment with a mission I believe in and where my energy, communications and networking talents, and my varied expertise can be best applied.
